We are looking for a Customer Marketing Associate to join our team and help our customers bring their marketing visions to life while navigating the complexities of the financial sector.
What you'll be doing
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them plan, coordinate, and gain approval for marketing materials related to the financial products they build on our platform.
- You will collaborate with our internal Design and Compliance teams to create and refine marketing guidelines that are both easy to understand and fully compliant with industry regulations.
- You will take ownership of improving our internal review and approval processes, ensuring that we maintain high standards while keeping things efficient for our customers.
What you'll bring

Because we rely heavily on written communication, you should be a skilled writer who values clarity and readability. You should also be comfortable adopting new software tools to support our collaborative, asynchronous way of working. Proficiency in English is required.
