What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Customer Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. As our dedicated customer marketer, you will be instrumental in shaping this function as we scale. You will be based anywhere as part of our remote workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing and executing campaigns to improve retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Developing and publishing targeted email and in-app campaigns using tools like HubSpot and Intercom.
- Creating a robust library of customer stories, including testimonials and case studies, to support our broader business goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of marketing experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, or four years of experience in customer success within a similar setting. We are looking for someone who possesses deep empathy for our users and a proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers. You must be a proactive, scrappy collaborator with excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail. Proficiency in at least one key platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, Intercom, or Pendo is essential. You should be comfortable communicating in English and ready to advocate for our customers every single day.
