Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking a passionate, self-starting Customer Marketing Associate to join the Marketing team. As the sole customer marketer on the team, you’ll play a key role in owning campaigns to drive NPS, retention, and upsell. You’ll also help to lead customer storytelling, ensuring Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Expansion are all able to leverage powerful testimonials and case studies to achieve business goals.
Because you’ll be the second customer marketer to have ever been a part of the brightwheel team, you’ll have an incredible opportunity to shape the customer marketing function and make an impact as we continue to scale.
