What is this role?
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Apprentice to join us in Paris for a 2-year, full-time apprenticeship. This role sits within our Revenue Marketing organization and reports directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. You will play a vital part in supporting our Customer Advocacy and Customer Expansion programs, working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to nurture our customer relationships and drive product adoption.
What will you do?
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning sessions to help design and refine our Advocacy and Expansion programs to meet key business objectives.
- Manage processes to ensure we remain compliant regarding the use of customer logos, references, and other publicity rights while collaborating with Customer Success to prioritize outreach.
- Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of our programs and identify opportunities to improve customer retention and product usage.

- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree after completing a Bac+3 or License in Marketing.
- You are seeking a 24-month apprenticeship opportunity.
- You possess native or B2 level proficiency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- You have a solid foundation in marketing, specifically regarding campaign strategy, content marketing, or customer advocacy.
- You are comfortable interpreting data to extract actionable insights and have a knack for project management.
- You enjoy working in a globally distributed, high-trust environment that values autonomy.
