Role at a glance
This is a Senior level, full-time position based in the United States. We operate on a hybrid model, balancing the benefits of remote flexibility with the power of in-person collaboration. You will be at the heart of our growth strategy, working across teams to refine how we communicate with our users at every stage of their experience.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to boost lead-to-MQL conversion, drive free trial-to-paid transitions, and deepen overall customer engagement.
- Build sophisticated automation workflows and data triggers to ensure every user receives the right message at the perfect moment.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to optimize in-product tooltips, onboarding flows, and email campaigns through rigorous testing of copy, visuals, and timing.
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, specifically within the SaaS or API-as-a-service space.
- A strong analytical mindset with technical expertise in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with ease.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Korean is considered a significant plus.
- A high level of emotional intelligence and an ownership mentality, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
