What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will lead efforts that boost early activation, deepen retention, and reduce cash-outs across our existing user base. You will combine data analysis, CRM automation, and A/B testing to design journeys that increase revenue while working fully Remote from anywhere. Three core responsibilities include developing lifecycle marketing strategies that improve activation and retention, building automated flows and personalized campaigns inside CRM platforms, and partnering with Product, Onboarding, and Data Science teams to align every campaign with business goals. The position is open to candidates located Anywhere.

Requirements

You bring several years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or growth marketing, ideally within fintech or crypto environments. You are fluent with CRM platforms such as CleverTap or HubSpot, comfortable running analyses in Looker Studio or Excel, and confident designing segmented A/B tests that turn insights into measurable lifts. Strong collaboration skills let you work seamlessly with product and marketing colleagues, while a customer-centric mindset helps you translate user behavior data into journeys that increase engagement. Professional working proficiency in English is required. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, comfortable with bold decisions, self-managed, and excited by the chance to make crypto genuinely useful for millions of people across Latin America.
