The role
We are seeking a Senior Customer Journey Copywriter to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping how our customers experience our brand, working closely with our Creative Studio and Lifecycle teams to craft communications that guide users through every stage of their journey with us.
Core responsibilities
- Develop persuasive, customer-centric copy for email campaigns, in-app notifications, push alerts, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Lifecycle Management, to ensure our brand voice remains consistent and impactful.
- Analyze user behaviors and preferences to optimize messaging, ensuring that our content effectively drives engagement and conversion rates.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a copywriter, with a strong preference for those with a background in fintech or B2B sectors.
- Native-level English proficiency, with a talent for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven expertise in email marketing and a deep understanding of how to use content to influence customer actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that spans multiple time zones and cultures.
