Looking for an opportunity to leverage your copywriting skills and make a meaningful impact? Join our team as a Customer Journey Copywriter and play a pivotal role in shaping our customer journey. Working hand in hand with our Creative Studio and Customer Lifecycle team, you'll immerse yourself in crafting compelling, customer-centric communications. From sparking initial interest to driving adoption, enhancing usage, and beyond, you'll be instrumental in guiding our customers through every step of their journey - this is a 6 months contract. 

While email will be your primary focus, your talents won't be limited to just one channel. You'll also lend your expertise to crafting copy for push notifications, in-app messages, and landing pages. This dynamic role demands a profound understanding of leveraging email as a potent tool for capturing customer attention and inciting action. Beyond creativity, you’ll establish streamlined processes for content creation and refinement, ensuring the prompt delivery of quality content without compromise.

What’s the job?

• Write engaging and persuasive copy for email campaigns, push notifications, in-app notifications, and landing pages.
• Understand the customer journey and buying cycle to develop impactful tailored content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Studio, Lifecycle Management, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Deeply understand user behaviors and preferences across customer segments and markets, optimizing messaging to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Effectively present and clearly communicate creative concepts internally.
• Ensure our tone of voice voice comes through clearly and consistently across every part of the customer journey.

Does this sound like you?

• 5+ years’ experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a B2B or fintech environment.
• Exceptional writing skills with an eye for detail and ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Expertise in email marketing and demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and conversions through email campaigns.
• High standards, putting quality at the heart of everything they do.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to translate ideas, product features and customer insights into creative, accessible, and intuitive storytelling with sustainable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Global acumen and experience working across borders, time zones and cultures.
• Native English-speaking skills, another language would be advantageous.

Not a must but a great advantage:

• Good understanding of the payments industry and its current evolution across the world.
• Small Business understanding and experience.
