We are looking for a Customer Experience Marketing Manager to join our team and help our users succeed on their Zero Trust Segmentation journey. As the pioneer in Zero Trust segmentation, Illumio protects critical digital assets and prevents cyber disasters, and you will play a key role in building lasting relationships with our customers through data-driven strategies and personalized engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-centric programs that drive product adoption, retention, and advocacy across our global user base.
- Manage our end-to-end customer engagement strategy, including the use of email, webinars, and targeted content.
- Partner with Customer Success to automate and personalize the customer onboarding journey.
- Design and implement loyalty programs, gamification, and a standardized global user group program.
- Create post-sales support materials and enablement assets to help our sales teams communicate value effectively.
- Curate high-quality content, such as ROI reports, best practices, and onboarding guides, for both executive champions and technical users.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure program success, evolving our strategy based on quantitative and qualitative customer feedback.
- Represent the voice of the customer during go-to-market planning sessions.
Must-haves
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer experience roles.
- A proven track record of leading complex projects and managing cross-sell or upsell programs.
- Strong analytical and creative skills to drive impactful, data-informed marketing actions.
- Excellent project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating across diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
