About the Role
This is a full-time, Senior-level position where you will play a vital role in supporting our high-priority accounts. You will be responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate the impact of our products on student performance. You will work closely with our Account Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure our customers receive the high-quality reporting they need to optimize their implementation of IXL.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate data from strategic district accounts to produce custom reports that highlight student growth and overall platform usage.
- Master our internal databases and improve our reporting processes, working alongside our Engineering team to handle complex data requests.
- Coordinate with our Product and Marketing departments to ensure all customer-facing reports align with our brand identity and messaging.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a data-focused role, such as a data analyst or customer success specialist.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of turning complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a preference for candidates who also have experience using Python.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- A strategic mindset with experience in managing confidential customer information.
Location
This position is based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA. We operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in the office Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work from home one day each week.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 to $85,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefits:
