Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Customer and Audience Segmentation Strategist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will lead our efforts to refine how we connect with our diverse community of pet lovers through data-driven insights.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive segmentation strategy that allows us to deliver relevant, targeted communications to specific customer groups across various geographies.
- Partner with our finance, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure our audience segmentation aligns perfectly with our overall marketing investments.
- Build a robust framework for integrating third-party data to improve conversion rates, while managing vendor relationships and measuring performance against key KPIs.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in customer and audience segmentation, ideally within consumer brands or marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools. SQL capabilities are a major plus.
- A deep understanding of how to translate customer and transaction data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across different departments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a STEM field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
For candidates in the greater Seattle area, the first-year salary range is $118,476 to $152,686. We also provide a long-term incentive plan based on company performance.
