What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Cultural Strategist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in New York, where you will work from our headquarters Monday through Thursday and enjoy remote flexibility on Fridays. You will report directly to our Founder and CEO, playing a pivotal role in how we show up across various platforms.
What will you do?
- Monitor trends and behaviors across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Discord to identify cultural shifts that align with our brand identity.
- Translate complex cultural insights into actionable creative ideas and clear brand messaging.
- Craft compelling copy for social media, marketing campaigns, and product storytelling that resonates deeply with our audience.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a creative thinker and a skilled writer who has spent 4 to 8 years in cultural strategy, creative strategy, or copywriting within an agency or brand environment. You possess a deep understanding of youth culture and internet behavior, specifically knowing how to write for platform-native formats like TikTok. You are comfortable guiding teams, developing strong points of view, and collaborating closely with our creative and social departments to ensure our voice remains modern, warm, and relevant.
