The role
We are seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing department on a full-time, remote basis. This role is specifically designed for candidates based in the Northeast US. You will take full ownership of our booking flow, acting as both a strategist and an engineer to design, implement, and analyze experiments that drive meaningful growth.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of A/B and multivariate tests within our booking flow to enhance user experience and conversion performance.
- Utilize Webflow, JavaScript, and HTML to implement front-end optimizations independently, ensuring we can move quickly without relying on additional engineering support.
- Analyze user behavior through session recordings, heatmaps, and data dashboards to identify friction points and translate those insights into actionable testing opportunities.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and analytical rigor:
- 3-5+ years of experience in CRO, growth engineering, or front-end development.
- Proven hands-on proficiency with Webflow, including the ability to adjust UI components and implement complex tests.
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Expertise in industry-standard experimentation tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, or similar tracking and reporting platforms.
- A deep understanding of UX principles and user psychology to inform your optimization strategy.
Compensation and benefits
