We’re looking for a CRO Optimization Specialist who can blend sharp analytics with front-end craft to make our booking experience smoother, faster, and more persuasive.
Role at a glance
CRO Optimization Specialist, full-time and fully remote (Northeast US), senior-level position focused on owning conversion growth for our patient booking flow.
Your impact
- Design, build, and launch A/B and multivariate tests that directly lift booking conversions and revenue.
- Edit and optimize Webflow components in real time, shipping front-end improvements without waiting on engineering support.
- Turn session recordings, heatmaps, and behavioral data into clear next steps that remove friction and improve the patient journey.
What you'll need
Three to five-plus years of hands-on experience in conversion-rate optimization or growth-focused front-end engineering. You’re fluent in Webflow, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and you’ve run experiments in tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. You’re comfortable setting up tracking in Google Analytics and Segment, building dashboards in Mixpanel or Looker, and writing SQL queries to measure results. A data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of user psychology round out your profile. Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare, e-commerce, or high-volume booking environments.
Perks and compensation
Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus. We cover up to 80 % of medical, dental, and vision premiums through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, match 401(k) contributions up to 4 %, and contribute up to $1,000 to your HSA. Additional benefits include life, AD&D, and disability insurance, a fully paid employee-assistance program, 15–22 days of PTO plus seven company holidays, and up to $1,000 yearly reimbursement for in-studio dental care.
