About the Role

We are hiring a CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a full-time, remote position. In this mid-level role, you will take ownership of our customer lifecycle funnel, managing engagement, retention, and conversion strategies. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS, to ensure our members stay connected and supported throughout their health journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, conversion, and long-term retention.
• Lead the end-to-end management of email campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Partner with our product, content, and design teams to create personalized communications and optimize every touchpoint in the customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Three to five years of marketing experience, preferably within the digital healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing and email campaign management within a fast-paced environment.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using automation tools like Iterable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, clear messaging.
• A collaborative spirit with experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.

This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000. Our benefits package is designed to support your overall health and professional growth, including:
