We are looking for a CRM Technology Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based out of our offices in Barcelona, Madrid, or Warsaw. As the Mobility Super App serving over 54 million users across Europe, we offer a unique platform that integrates diverse transportation options like taxis, car sharing, and e-bikes into one seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation, scalability, and ongoing optimization of our CRM systems.
- Partner with our marketing, product, and engineering departments to ensure our technical solutions align with broader business objectives.
- Build and maintain CRM infrastructure, focusing on automated workflows, personalized messaging, and efficient system integrations.
- Maintain high standards for data integrity and compliance through regular audits and analysis.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and refine system functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Extract actionable insights from CRM data to guide future strategy.
- Develop email templates and in-app messaging using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Write Python and SQL scripts to manage ETL processes and audience segmentation.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in CRM roles, preferably within the mobility, ride-hailing, or food delivery sectors.
- Practical experience configuring and optimizing CRM platforms, with a specific focus on Braze and mobile applications.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience working with API integrations and a solid understanding of microservices and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate with engineering teams.
