What is this role?

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will report to the Engagement Marketing Manager and help us drive data-led strategies that keep our customer experience fresh, relevant, and engaging.

What will you do?

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM efforts, including the creation and delivery of email campaigns, push notifications, and app content using Braze.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build dynamic audience segments and optimize campaign performance to drive customer loyalty and incremental sales.
• Analyze marketing performance reports to provide actionable recommendations and ensure our content strategies align with broader commercial and business objectives.

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a CRM, loyalty, or data-driven communications role.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, with specific experience in Braze being highly valued.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, paired with a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English and the legal right to work in Australia.
