What is this role?

We are seeking a Junior CRM Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indonesia. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience who is eager to bridge the gap between our technology and our merchants. You will act as a digital voice for our brand, ensuring that our products and services reach the right customers at the right time.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute targeted communication strategies using channels like push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners to improve user retention and prevent churn.
• Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, test new hypotheses, and increase conversion rates.
• Manage the integrity of our CRM data by establishing workflows, automating routine tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience in CRM and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with push notification CRM tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, or Insider.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong technical writing abilities for creating training manuals and clear communication skills for public speaking when training staff.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our diverse team.
