Role at a glance

We are looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Indonesia. You will play a vital part in how we connect with our merchants, using technology to deliver the right message at the right time.

Your impact

• Develop and execute targeted user segmentation strategies to drive retention, prevent churn, and increase the average revenue per user.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our marketing campaigns across channels like WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app banners.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that inform our product development and messaging strategies.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a data-driven communicator who is comfortable navigating complex technical tools. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least one year of hands-on experience in CRM and campaign management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience operating push notification CRM tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, or Insider.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Excellent writing and public speaking skills, as you will be responsible for creating training manuals and educating internal teams.
• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Professional proficiency in English.
