Key outcomes
- Take ownership of our CRM strategy, including email, SMS, app notifications, and loyalty initiatives, to drive revenue and customer retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, subscriber growth, and engagement frequency.
- Utilize data analysis to perform A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage the Petal Perks loyalty program, including journey mapping and promotional planning.
- Segment our customer data effectively to ensure targeted and impactful communication across all channels.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce on-brand assets that align with our marketing objectives.
- Maintain the CRM calendar, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and in alignment with our broader go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with external technology providers like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Tapcart to ensure optimal platform performance.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, specifically within email and SMS channels.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and marketing technology platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Tapcart.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
