What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level CRM Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in either Madrid or Barcelona. You will play a key role in our lifecycle marketing efforts, using your expertise in data analysis and CRM platforms to drive customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns using Braze to reach customers across every stage of their journey.
• Developing automated and personalized strategies to improve outreach efficiency and the overall user experience.
• Analyzing campaign performance through A/B testing and data insights to continuously refine our marketing approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in lifecycle management or marketing automation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with CRM platforms and has a solid grasp of analytics tools. While you do not need to be an expert, a working knowledge of SQL and database concepts is highly beneficial. You should be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who are eager to grow and collaborate within a diverse, international team.
