Based in Amsterdam, our global team works to create meaningful stories and products that connect with consumers across 96 countries, and we are now looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to join our growing family on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global CRM strategy across retail and e-commerce channels to drive loyalty and revenue.
- Define customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys to ensure personalized experiences.
- Manage and mentor the Email Marketing Coordinator to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Consolidate customer data from various sources to maintain a 360-degree view while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and report on key performance indicators.
- Execute the CRM campaign calendar and collaborate with creative teams to produce on-brand content.
- Conduct A/B testing on content, offers, and cadence to optimize lifecycle programs.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert, working closely with marketing, IT, and retail teams.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sectors.
- A proven track record of balancing high-level strategic leadership with hands-on campaign execution.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into effective business strategies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
