About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our products and our merchant community. You will use data and technical insights to communicate our services effectively, ensuring that our outreach resonates with the specific needs of our users. This is an analytical position that requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, campaign management, and the technical nuances of our CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to drive user retention, prevent churn, and increase average revenue per user based on specific behavioral insights.
- Manage and optimize communication channels, including push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners, while iterating on campaigns to achieve higher conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the product team, ensuring our messaging remains relevant and impactful throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in CRM and campaign management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience operating push notification CRM tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, or Insider.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent writing and public speaking abilities, which are necessary for creating training manuals and educating staff on CRM software.
- A keen eye for detail and a proven ability to identify trends and patterns within complex data sets.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills.
Location
This position is based on-site in Indonesia.
