CRM Specialist at Bukuwarung

Backed by world-class investors like Valar Ventures, Y-Combinator, and strategic partners from major global tech firms, we are looking for a passionate CRM Specialist to join our team in Indonesia on a full-time, on-site basis. What you'll be doing

• You will drive user retention and engagement by managing marketing funnels and implementing targeted strategies across channels like push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners.
• You will act as the bridge between our data and our merchants, segmenting audiences to optimize product adoption, prevent churn, and increase average revenue per user.
• You will maintain the integrity of our CRM systems by establishing workflows, automating routine tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and training staff on best practices.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM and campaign management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating Push Notification CRM tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, or Insider.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, including professional writing for technical manuals and public speaking for team training.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to solve complex problems while juggling multiple project deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
