CRM Specialist at Bukuwarung

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Specialist to join our team in Indonesia on a full-time, on-site basis to help us deepen our relationships with our merchant community.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute targeted communication strategies through channels like WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app banners to drive user retention and reactivate churned accounts.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and optimize our messaging for higher conversion rates.
• Manage the technical integrity of our CRM by establishing workflows, automating routine tasks, troubleshooting software errors, and training team members on best practices.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of analytical thinking and creative communication skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least one year of professional experience in CRM and campaign management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience operating push notification tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, or Insider.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong writing and public speaking abilities to create clear documentation and effectively train internal stakeholders.
• A high level of attention to detail and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Fluency in English.
