What is this role?

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our growing brand marketing team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, spending two days per week in our Chicago office. In this role, you will play a key part in building, executing, and analyzing our B2C marketing campaigns across various channels.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement CRM strategies within Iterable, managing email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns.
• Craft personalized customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns that focus on retention, engagement, and building long-term relationships.
• Write clear, on-brand copy for promotions and product marketing while analyzing key performance metrics like open rates and conversions to drive growth.

• At least two years of experience using CRM platforms like Iterable or Braze.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
