At Health E-commerce we run a fast-moving e-commerce platform that sells 100 percent eligible medical products and services, backed by an educational Learning Center and partner integrations that simplify bookkeeping for busy families.
What you bring
We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for our FSA business, designing automation journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will work with tools such as Bloomreach and Segment, run A/B tests, and turn customer data into highly relevant messaging across email, SMS, and push. The position is open to candidates located anywhere, provided you can collaborate during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
- Design and execute CRM automation strategies that nurture relationships and improve retention.
- Build dynamic, personalized customer journeys using segmentation, lifecycle stage, and behavioral data.
- Track performance, report on KPIs such as open rates and customer lifetime value, and continuously refine campaigns through testing and analysis.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field and brings at least five years of hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation, and personalization within an e-commerce setting. You are fluent in English and comfortable working with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and A/B testing. Strong analytical skills, clear cross-functional communication, and proven project-management ability round out the profile we seek.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000, and you may also qualify for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 15 percent.
