Key outcomes
- Take ownership of the strategy and execution for CRM automations and campaigns, including the development and testing of content across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to improve the patient experience and refine creative messaging.
- Collaborate closely with our data team to evaluate the effectiveness of various tactics and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency.
- Establish performance benchmarks and analyze campaign results to inform our ongoing testing roadmap.
- Work alongside product and engineering teams to ensure patients receive timely and relevant information as our service offerings evolve.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and performance results to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Braze.
- A proven ability to achieve business growth goals through strategic cohort analysis and data-driven creative messaging.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a track record of applying data-driven approaches to complex business challenges.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with creative, data, and product teams.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to stay current on marketing trends and best practices.
- High attention to detail and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 USD. In addition to base compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
