At Zwift, we are transforming the world of interactive fitness by connecting a global community of athletes through our innovative virtual training platform. We are looking for a collaborative CRM Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in crafting dynamic, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and retention for our subscription services and direct-to-consumer products.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, with a specific focus on mobile push notifications and in-app messaging.
- Develop evergreen lifecycle strategies by creating automated user journeys that support every stage of the customer funnel.
- Refine our approach to audience segmentation and personalization through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.
- Analyze customer behavioral data to uncover actionable insights that boost retention and long-term engagement.
- Partner closely with our Engineering and Data teams to report on campaign performance and optimize our marketing initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our campaigns align with broader business objectives.
Must-haves
- Five to seven years of professional experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, specifically within global CRM campaigns.
- Expertise in building multi-channel strategies that include email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- A proven track record of using data to drive conversion, re-engagement, and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret A/B test results and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Deep understanding of CRM fundamentals, including database hygiene, compliance, and channel strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working with subscription-based business models.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for reading and interpreting code.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Iterable and Litmus.

The base salary for this role is between $85,000 and $135,000, depending on your qualifications, skills, and location.
