CRM Marketer at 당근마켓

We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis. At Daangn, we are dedicated to building a local community platform that connects neighbors and fosters growth, and we strive to create an environment where our team members can grow alongside the company. Our marketing team is focused on expanding services like Daangn Alba and Daangn Business, and we are looking for someone who is excited to take on the challenge of growing our local community service.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized marketing actions tailored to the unique characteristics of our users and services, such as Daangn Business and Daangn Alba.
• Conduct funnel analysis to develop and test hypotheses for improving user journeys and UX, while refining key performance metrics.
• Integrate in-app and performance campaigns to maximize cost efficiency and drive overall marketing synergy.
• Develop and manage CRM communication strategies across various channels, including push notifications, internal ad inventory, and KakaoTalk channels.
• Formulate user-focused hypotheses and validate them through rigorous A/B testing to drive service growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM marketing.
• Proven track record of driving direct service growth through full-funnel CRM actions, including the development of new content to boost efficiency and engagement.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Braze, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently extract and process data.
• Experience using user data to conduct hypothesis-driven A/B testing to improve service outcomes.
• Fluency in Korean is required for this role.
