We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketer to join our team and help drive the growth of our local community platform. At Daangn, we are dedicated to building a space where both our services and our people can grow together, and we are excited to find someone who is ready to tackle new challenges in expanding our local services like Daangn Business and Daangn Alba.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized marketing actions tailored to the unique characteristics of our users and services.
- Conduct funnel analysis to develop hypotheses for improving user journeys and UX, then validate these through data to refine our metrics.
- Create synergy by integrating in-app and performance campaigns to improve cost efficiency and overall marketing results.
- Develop and manage strategies for CRM communication channels, including push notifications, internal advertising inventory, and KakaoTalk channels.
- Formulate user-focused hypotheses and perform A/B testing to verify and optimize our marketing efforts.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM marketing.
- Proven track record of driving direct service growth through full-funnel CRM actions, including developing new content to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Braze, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
- Strong SQL proficiency to independently extract and process data.
- Experience using user data to conduct hypothesis-driven A/B testing to foster service growth.
- Fluency in Korean.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in CRM marketing within e-commerce or mobile platform companies.
- Direct experience working with in-house or third-party CRM tools.
- High-level data analysis capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
