This role is Fixed Term for 12 months to cover Maternity.
Work with us
You will bring knowledge and expertise to the team to make recommendations to the team and to then execute delivery of the life cycle flows and set up of the programme in Engage+ (formerly Cheetah Digital). You must be able to demonstrate success working cross-functionally as you will be required to work with product teams, marketing and analytics to align on the roadmap and requirements for launch and lifecycle optimisation as we build and grow this proposition. You will build lifecycle flows and journeys that drive engagement, frequency and retention of the Buyagift & Red Letter Days subscription customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full CRM activity for newsletters; from planning and approving activity, making changes based on trade performance and being the go to person for any activity related questions
  • Full ownership of planning and implementing testing plans; share learnings on a weekly & monthly basis and take actionable insights for future omni-channel tests
  • Build and manage lifecycle flows and journeys that drive adoption, engagement, frequency and retention  
  • Manage and supervise the CRM Executive, leading regular 121s to ensure clear action plans and ,offering support and assistance and work together to ensure campaigns are executed timely and effectively
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of CRM with weekly reporting covering campaign analysis whilst monitoring and providing recommendations 
  • Comfortable presenting to the wider business
  • Lead CRM campaign planning for playback meetings throughout the year
  • Use dynamic content CRM personalisation within CRM communications
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities for engagement 
  • Bring insight & inspiration to the CRM team based on experience, observation and analysis of competitors and market
  • Cross-department collaboration with business stakeholders including,  Web Trading, Design, Data Insights, Product and Buying
  • Support Head of Customer Marketing on other retention driving initiatives 


  • About You:
  • 3 years experience in CRM / subscription / loyalty / membership marketing is essential as well as line management experience
  • Have a passion for CRM and are constantly looking for ways to improve campaigns, content, and customer messaging.
  • Can bring insights and learnings from external sources and demonstrate how these apply to our business and add value for customers.
  • Are looking forward to learning about moonpig customers, what drives customer engagement and how to build customer value through CRM activity.
  • Want to work in a diverse business and team which welcomes new ideas. You will be comfortable sharing ideas with others, having a great discussion and supporting an action plan to move forward.
  • Experience in ESP management and lifecycle campaign delivery is essential. 
  • Engage+ (Formerly Cheetah Digital) ESP is desirable.


  • Our office is based in Farringdon - the full address is 10 Back Hill, London EC1R 5EN. We follow a hybrid working approach with 40% office based and 60% working from home time and therefore the requirement to be office based is for a min of 2 days per week. The days will be dependent on the days set for the team that you are working with.
