Since joining the Moonpig Group in 2022, we have continued to focus on delivering happiness to our customers, partners, and team members. We believe our success is built on the talent and potential of our people, and we are currently looking for a CRM Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of our CRM activity, including planning and approving newsletters while adjusting strategies based on trade performance.
- You will design and implement lifecycle flows and customer journeys specifically aimed at driving engagement, frequency, and retention for our subscription base.
- You will lead and supervise the CRM Executive, providing mentorship through regular one-on-one meetings to ensure all campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, subscription, loyalty, or membership marketing, along with proven line management skills. You are a data-driven professional who is comfortable presenting insights to the wider business and collaborating across departments like product, design, and web trading. You possess strong expertise in ESP management and lifecycle campaign delivery, and while not required, experience with Engage+ is highly desirable. You must be fluent in English and ready to contribute your unique ideas to our diverse and inclusive team.
