You will join RYZ Labs as a part-time CRM Manager working remotely from anywhere in LATAM. RYZ Labs is a startup studio founded in 2021 by two entrepreneurs who previously held roles at major global technology companies and well-known consumer brands. With deep experience across Latin America, the studio focuses on building scalable, resilient applications using modern cloud technologies and plans to launch multiple new ventures in the coming years. In this role you will work directly with one of our clients to strengthen customer relationships through the Braze platform.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with the client’s CRM team to translate business goals into targeted Braze campaigns that improve engagement and retention.
- Build, launch, and refine automated marketing journeys inside Braze, applying segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Review campaign data, share clear insights, and train teammates on Braze features and data-protection best practices so the whole team can work more effectively.
What you'll bring
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Braze or in a comparable CRM or digital-marketing position.
- Solid knowledge of CRM strategy, audience segmentation, data analytics, and privacy regulations that affect digital marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a remote team setting.
- Professional fluency in English.
