CRM Manager at Slice

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns specifically tailored to the behaviors of our pizzeria partners. You will need to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder who is comfortable working with data to drive innovation in our lifecycle marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage custom customer journeys and automated campaigns that cover the entire lifecycle of a pizzeria owner, from initial interest and onboarding to product adoption and re-engagement.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure campaign success, analyze trends to guide business decisions, and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with our sales, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure our CRM activities are perfectly aligned with our broader business objectives and marketing technology stack.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a get-things-done mentality and a deep obsession with customer success. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Four to five years of relevant experience in creating impactful campaigns for growing businesses.
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot.
• Technical skills including the ability to write HTML and CSS for responsive emails, as well as experience with SQL and scripting languages like AMPscript or Liquid.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to maintain high-quality CRM databases.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits
