The role
We are searching for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team in Estonia on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a foundational role where you will have the autonomy to build and lead our CRM function from the ground up. You will be instrumental in developing our engagement strategies, driving long-term retention, and ensuring that every user receives a tailored experience that aligns with our goal of making crypto simple.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that prioritizes customer engagement, retention, and the maximization of user lifetime value.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, while focusing on advanced segmentation and automation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing CRM team, overseeing key roles such as campaign specialists, data analysts, content writers, and lifecycle experts to ensure a cohesive and data-backed approach to customer growth.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in fintech and a passion for data-driven marketing. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM management within the fintech sector, specifically focusing on customer lifecycle and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with modern CRM platforms, such as Customer.io, and a proven ability to leverage analytics to track KPIs and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build, inspire, and develop a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- A customer-centric mindset combined with the strategic vision required to translate high-level business goals into actionable, results-oriented campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively across product, marketing, and customer success departments.
