What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, where you will play a vital part in our growth by leading our customer engagement strategies. If you are a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment, we would love to have you on board.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel CRM strategy that delivers personalized and relevant marketing communications across the entire customer lifecycle for both Smarkets and our sportsbook product, SBK.
  • Partner with our Data and Analytics team to manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM programs, ensuring our campaigns across email, SMS, and push messaging are timely and effective.
  • Take ownership of customer marketing KPIs and campaign performance, proactively identifying new opportunities to automate, scale, and optimize our outreach efforts.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in B2C marketing and a deep understanding of CRM best practices. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of dedicated experience in CRM and B2C marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing databases and implementing complex user segmentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in team management or providing mentorship to junior staff members.
  • A genuine passion for sports and a collaborative mindset that aligns with our core values.
