The opportunity
We are expanding our consumer-marketing efforts and need a CRM Manager to guide how we stay in touch with millions of pizza fans. In this role you will shape the automated journeys that turn first-time buyers into loyal regulars, directly supporting the growth of the independent restaurants we serve. You will lead a small, skilled team and partner closely with creative, analytics, and product colleagues to make every message timely, relevant, and effective.
A day in the life
- You review performance dashboards from the previous day’s campaigns, note what resonated with customers, and adjust segmentation rules in Braze before the next send.
- You meet with your two CRM specialists to review upcoming journeys, assign ownership for an A/B test on reactivation messaging, and coach one teammate on deliverability best practices.
- You join a cross-functional sync with the creative and analytics teams to map a new onboarding series, then block time to update the quarterly marketing calendar so every seasonal push aligns with company goals.
Who you are
You bring at least five years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience in B2C or B2B software environments, including three or more years working directly in Braze. You have led small teams, managed complex campaign calendars, and used data to refine messaging, segmentation, and automation. You understand the nuances of email, SMS, and push compliance, and you enjoy collaborating across functions in a fully remote setting. English fluency is required, and candidates based in the East Coast time zone are strongly preferred so that collaboration with the current team stays seamless.
