We are now seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and lead data-driven email initiatives that support the continued expansion of this global community.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement automated email workflows and targeted campaigns that respond to customer behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to align marketing strategies with company-wide objectives.
- Partner with analytics colleagues to evaluate campaign results, generate data-based hypotheses, and identify new testing opportunities.
- Review performance trends, extract actionable insights, and share findings across the organization to inform future initiatives.
- Adapt strategies for international markets while preserving a consistent global brand voice.
- Integrate data-science models into the customer lifecycle to improve segmentation and personalization.
- Manage the technical deployment of campaigns and evaluate emerging marketing technologies, platforms, and channels.
Requirements
- Four or more years of direct experience managing lifecycle campaigns with a focus on conversion, revenue, and other down-funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, including the ability to draw conclusions from large data sets.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Mailchimp, or comparable CRM systems.
- Proven experience designing and running A/B tests.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to surface insights and develop new testing ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to refining processes.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities for sharing insights with varied stakeholders.
- Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience developing email strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Background in two-sided marketplaces or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position in California is $135,500 to $186,500 per year. In addition to base pay, the role includes eligibility for equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as transferable skills, prior experience, market conditions, and work location.
