The role
We are seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. This is a full-time, junior-level position that operates on a hybrid schedule. You will report directly to the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager and play a key role in implementing campaigns that drive client acquisition, education, and retention across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
Core responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives while coordinating closely with cross-functional partners.
- Design and build engaging campaign templates and copy in Figma, while providing feedback on agency-led creative assets to ensure brand alignment.
- Analyze customer data and behavioral patterns to execute personalized marketing strategies, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable reports that optimize the full client lifecycle.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative design, project management, and analytical skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Axle, and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Strong copywriting abilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to interpret campaign performance and customer insights.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A genuine interest in fitness and a strong desire to support the [solidcore] brand.
Compensation and benefits
