Key outcomes
- Lead the development of customer journeys through an omni-channel approach to drive our primary metrics.
- Define user segments, identify growth opportunities, and implement campaigns that deliver against our key performance indicators.
- Set customer targets that align with our broader business ambitions, specifically focusing on retention and frequency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and experiments.
- Plan CRM campaigns strategically, ensuring they align with our promotional calendar, product launches, and the sporting schedule.
- Conduct weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis to provide actionable data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and refine best practices for our CRM processes.
- Mentor and train team members to help build and enhance their professional skill sets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing omni-channel CRM strategies.
- Deep knowledge of online gaming products, specifically within the European Sportsbook and Gaming markets.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong grasp of CRM lifecycle development and optimization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a self-motivated approach to work.
- A data-focused perspective with a clear drive for achieving high ROI.
- Fluency in English.
