Zenyum is building one of Asia’s most prominent consumer brands by using technology to turn dental care into an engaging experience. We offer a variety of smile cosmetics, including our popular invisible braces and sonic toothbrushes, and we are supported by top-tier investors like Sequoia and LCatterton. We are looking for a motivated CRM Intern to join our team in Singapore for a 6-month period to help us spread smiles across the region.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency and follow campaign processes across all our active markets.
- Verify that content remains accurate and current across every communication channel.
- Update best practices and guidelines for campaign management, then share these resources with our local marketing teams.
- Refine existing customer journeys and experiment with new channel capabilities.
- Work alongside our creative department to produce engaging marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign setups to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and launch promotional campaigns tailored to specific market requirements.
Must-haves
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- The ability to function effectively both as an independent worker and as a collaborative team member.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working with social media or marketing platforms.
