The opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious CRM Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in Australia. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping us re-engage our users by ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the perfect time. You will work closely with our CRM Manager to create seamless user journeys while collaborating across our commercial, product, and design departments to support user activation, engagement, and monetization efforts.

A day in the life

• You will design, write, and code compelling email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring every detail is polished and effective.
• You will dive deep into marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, using those insights to design and deliver experiments that drive better results.
• You will act as a champion for our users, identifying their goals and frustrations to solve problems and create brilliant, user-focused campaigns.

Who you are

You are a motivated professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in a CRM Specialist or equivalent role. You possess a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills, including:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creative email development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a passion for testing and learning.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with colleagues and senior stakeholders alike.
• A collaborative spirit, knowing when to lead a project and when to support your teammates.
• A self-managed, outcome-focused approach that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
