CRM Executive at Soho House & Co.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Global Marketing team at our New York City Support Office. At Soho House, we create spaces for a global community of members to connect, grow, and have fun. As part of our team, you will help us engage our members through personalized digital experiences and play a vital role in our North American marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

• You will build, schedule, and deploy daily email, push notification, and WhatsApp campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure timely delivery to our global audiences.
• You will use your HTML and CSS expertise to design and code custom email modules and templates that align with our brand standards.
• You will perform thorough testing and data analysis to ensure every campaign is error-free and optimized for performance, providing insights that help us improve future engagement.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in marketing and a passion for CRM strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM marketing, specifically with email and push notification lifecycle management.
• Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the use of Journey Builder.
• Advanced skills in HTML and CSS for email development.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset for working across different departments.
• An analytical approach to interpreting campaign data and conducting A/B testing.
