CRM Executive at Soho House & Co.

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Global Marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis. Soho House is a unique collection of private members' clubs and restaurants that fosters a vibrant community, and in this role, you will help us connect with our global audience. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our email and push notification campaigns, specifically focusing on our North American members. By using your technical skills to build custom content, you will help us create meaningful engagement and ensure our communications always meet our high brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and launch daily email and push notification campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure our members receive timely and relevant updates.
• Develop and test custom email templates and modules using HTML and CSS to maintain a high-quality, consistent member experience across all devices.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that help us refine our strategy and improve future engagement metrics.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in CRM marketing, with specific expertise in lifecycle management, email, and push notifications.
• Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the use of Journey Builder and dynamic content.
• Solid coding skills in HTML and CSS for email development.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Please note that this role requires periodic on-call work on weekends and involves physical requirements such as the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

What we offer
