The role
We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department on a full-time, hybrid basis in the Netherlands. This mid-level position focuses on building customer loyalty and driving platform adoption through marketing automation and email campaigns.
Core responsibilities
- Design, launch and continuously optimise marketing-automation workflows that activate both tenants and landlords, while leading CRM roll-outs for newly acquired brands.
- Plan and execute stand-alone email campaigns that boost engagement, communicate platform updates and gather customer insights, collaborating with product and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Write and A/B-test email copy and subject lines, analyse performance metrics and translate findings into actionable improvements that raise open rates and click-throughs.
Skills and experience
- At least three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, email marketing or marketing automation, ideally within a CRM platform such as HubSpot.
- Strong copywriting skills in English, combined with the ability to segment audiences, run A/B tests and interpret campaign data.
- Proven project-management capabilities and comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering and other marketing teams.
- Tech-savvy mindset and eagerness to adopt new tools and processes.
