We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior CRM Data Integrity Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. What you'll be doing
- You will audit, clean, and maintain marketing datasets to ensure they are free from duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information.
- You will collaborate with our marketing and analytics teams to provide high-quality data that drives accurate reporting and campaign optimization.
- You will establish and enforce data quality protocols to ensure all marketing data handling remains in full compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a high level of technical proficiency. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Expertise in data management and cleaning tools, specifically SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as marketing automation platforms.
- A solid understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity principles as they relate to marketing activities.
- The ability to verify information through research platforms like LinkedIn and company websites.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across our Sales, Events, and IT departments.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior experience in a tech or cybersecurity environment is highly preferred, as is familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Google Analytics.
