What you'll be doing
- You will help execute our CRM strategy by deploying high-volume campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging to engage and retain our users.
- You will collaborate with our CRM Manager to launch personalized marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and track key metrics to ensure our goals are met.
- You will contribute to our growth by setting up A/B tests, analyzing results, and identifying new opportunities to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, along with a strong desire to learn. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
