At Rocket Money, our mission is to help our members master their personal finances. We provide a comprehensive suite of services designed to save our users both time and money, ultimately giving them the tools they need to improve their financial well-being. We view our CRM program as a vital extension of our product, utilizing over 200 triggered campaigns to drive member activation, engagement, and retention. We are currently seeking a CRM Associate to join our high-performing team and help us accelerate our growth.
Key outcomes
- Execute and manage cross-platform campaigns within Braze to increase our overall throughput.
- Utilize Amplitude to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Oversee audience segmentation, triggered campaign logic, and the development of complex customer journeys.
- Translate campaign data into clear recommendations for iterative testing, including hypothesis development and success metrics.
- Collaborate with our design team to provide creative direction and refine campaign assets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in CRM, email marketing, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in running A/B tests and analyzing performance data.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across various internal departments.
- A proactive, doer mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience working with Braze or Iterable.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. In addition to competitive pay, we provide the following benefits:
