CRM Analyst at Fanatics

Fanatics is building a premier global digital sports platform that connects fans to the teams and athletes they love. With a massive database of over 100 million sports fans and a network spanning 900 sports properties, we offer a unique ecosystem where fans can buy licensed gear, collect digital and physical trading cards, and engage with our growing sportsbook and iGaming platforms. We are currently seeking a CRM Analyst to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United States. In this role, you will help shape our sportsbook customer acquisition and retention strategies, reporting directly to our Director of Cross-Sell Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across email, push, and paid channels to drive customer acquisition and retention goals.
• Create comprehensive campaign briefs and collaborate with our creative team to manage assets from development through final approval.
• Maintain our marketing calendar by coordinating state launches, promotional events, and acquisition initiatives while monitoring daily campaign performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical skills and marketing experience. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• One to two years of professional experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, app, and SMS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to data analysis and real-time strategy optimization.
• A genuine passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products.
• A willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, conferences, and off-site events.

What we offer

The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for an equity award and performance bonuses.
