CRM Analyst at Fanatics

Fanatics is building a premier global digital sports platform that connects fans to the teams and athletes they love. With a massive database of over 100 million sports fans and a network spanning 900 global sports properties, we are transforming how people buy licensed gear, collect memorabilia, and engage with sports betting and iGaming. As we continue to grow our team of more than 18,000 employees, we are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Betting and Gaming division. What you'll be doing

• You will execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, and paid marketing to drive customer growth and long-term retention.
• You will manage the end-to-end campaign process, which includes creating detailed briefs, overseeing asset management, and ensuring every campaign is thoroughly tested before launch.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing Ops, Creative, and Legal to develop promotional tactics and identify new opportunities to test and optimize our performance.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in marketing and a proactive approach to your work. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Email, or Lifecycle marketing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns using email, app, and SMS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data in real-time and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• A genuine passion for sports and gaming, which helps you create thoughtful and engaging content for our users.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive base salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on your experience and skills.
