The opportunity
We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Fanatics Betting and Gaming division. In this role, you will report to the Director of Cross-Sell Marketing and play a vital part in our efforts to acquire and retain sportsbook customers. You will work within a fast-paced marketing team, collaborating across departments to ensure our communications are engaging, effective, and perfectly timed. This is an ideal position for someone who is eager to grow their career in lifecycle marketing while helping us deliver a top-tier experience to our users.
A day in the life
- You will manage the daily operations of our marketing campaigns, including setting up assets, monitoring performance, and ensuring everything is ready for launch through rigorous quality assurance testing.
- You will partner with our creative, legal, and marketing operations teams to develop clear campaign briefs and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that reflects our latest promotions and state launches.
- You will analyze campaign data in real-time to identify new testing opportunities, helping us refine our strategy and scale our successes across email, push, and paid marketing channels.
Who you are
You are a proactive professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing. You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and feel comfortable working in a hybrid environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile apps. Because our business evolves quickly, you are ready to pivot when necessary and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams. You possess strong communication skills, a passion for the sports and gaming industry, and the ability to turn data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
