The role
We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Fanatics Betting and Gaming team. This is a full-time, junior-level position that operates on a hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will report to the Director of Cross-Sell Marketing and serve as a vital member of our marketing organization, helping us refine our customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Core responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and paid media to drive customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Manage the marketing calendar, including the coordination of state launches, promotional events, and ongoing acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in creative, legal, and operations to develop campaign briefs, perform quality assurance testing on assets, and optimize performance based on real-time data.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns using email, app, and SMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adjust strategies based on real-time campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products.
- Comfort with occasional travel for team off-sites, conferences, and meetings.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for a bonus and an equity award. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
